Social Mixing-ology (up to 20 ppl.)
Pairs of aspiring mixologists learn to craft five different World Cocktails, providing
ample opportunity to execute new skills, pick-up tricks of the trade, and learn
about the locales of their inspiration. Plenty of time to imbibe and socialize
between each “lesson.” No tests!

GLOBAL FLIGHT OF FANCY
Progressive Cocktail Party (20-40 ppl.)
Scott stays put at flight control (behind the bar) demonstrating one of three pre-
selected cocktails from around the world in 40-minute increments. Guests get
their Global Flight of Fancy Passport punched each time they spin through
“customs” to pick up that leg of the trip’s cocktail (prepared “Welcome Aboard
Libation” optional add-on).
3-4 cocktails per guest (+ zero-proof options); 2.5-3.0 hours; $1350 + Alcohol (~$400)
